Return & Exchange Policy

* If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly item (meaning our fault): 

-We will gladly replace your item(s) with same item(s) originally ordered. Customer will not be charged with any additional fees for shipping and handling. Arabybooks will send you a pre-paid shipping label to ship faulty package back to us. 

-Please notify us within 7 days after receiving for faulty package. 

* If you are dissatisfied with your purchase:

- We can offer a full refund on order but we are unable to refund cost of shipping and handling. 

- We can offer exchange but customer will be responsible for the product price difference and will also be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling.
